Use baby shampoo and swirl them around gently, and just leave them on a windowsill to dry naturally,

well you can buy makeup brush cleaners, but an alternative that i like to do is:


Take a kleenex and pour some liquid makeup remover on it. Take a makeup brush and rub it into the kleenex until the brush gets clean. Definitely try this =) I always do this with my brushes and it works.

1. wet the brush


2. put some baby shampoo in your hand and mix it with water to get it sudsy


3. gently swirl the brush in the soap and water.


4. rinse and dry flat





*never tip the brush upside down because it can cause the brush to fall apart.
I normally use MAC brush cleanser which is about $12.00 CAD. For some that can be kinda pricey and not worth it. I also use something as simple as a gentle baby shampoo for a deep clean, MAC brush cleanser is more for a quick cleanup.
I clean my MAC brushes with baby shampoo. It works awesome and it keeps the brushes really soft. Make sure to reshape the brushes before they dry or they'll be stuck in the form they were dried in.
