Sephora makes great makeup and brushes, and they have great quality. However, if you don't like spending a lot of money on makeup, then I recommend drugstore brands like CoverGirl and Maybelline. For brushes though, if you apply makeup all the time [foundation, blush, eyeshadow, you name it], you might want to invest in Sephora's brush sets. If you barely even wear makeup, then just buy brushes from Upstage Collection (sold at drugstores).Which make is best for make up and brushes?
I love Mary Kay's brush set. I used to use BareMinerals until Mary Kay launched their mineral makeup line earlier this year. The brushes are way softer than BareMineral brushes.
