i have about 15 different brushes that i use on my eyes. each brush is specifically made for a certain look and you need the specialized tool to achieve that look.





there are all-over shadow brushes, crease brushes, brushes to pack on pigments, blending brushes, smokey eye blending brushes, eyeliner brushes.... too many types to name!Eye make up brushes - which ones to use?
If money is not an object, I would recommend MAC makeup brushes. They have the best quality and great longevity of any other makeup brushes around.





However, if you think MAC brushes are too expensive, one very cheap replacement that I highly recommend are NYX professional brushes. The professional brushes have a grey handle, and the regular ones, which aren't nearly as good, have the black handle. You can buy NYX professional brushes at cherryculture.com and you can buy MAC brushes at your local MAC store or at maccosmetics.com.
i really like the sonia kabuki brushes from target (dunno if i spelled it right) but they are REALLLYYY good and they are SO soft! they're at the target websites and if u get the ones that come in a pack they're not that expensive.

make up brushes can be expensive ($20 bucks or more for one brush at mac!)





go to the craft store and buy soft paint brushes! they work so well and are cheaper (more like 3-10 dollars!)
I like using Mary Kay brushes, for some reason the eye make up just seems to glide on better.
sigma brushes. they are just like mac except cheaper. you can only get them online though.
you dont need $30 mac brushes. the brushes in drugstores will do just fine
