How can you tell what kind of make-up brush a brush is?

i have a set of make-up brushes with no labels or booklet or anything, from sephora- 2 black 2 white, the black I know are blusher and angle brush, but the other two are smoother and finer and white- might they be foundation/concealer? i can't tell! How can you tell what kind of make-up brush a brush is?
The size of the brush roughly corresponds with the areas on the face it is to be used on. Make-up artists use a variety of brushes, all different sizes and textures, often these even include high quality paintbrushes! How can you tell what kind of make-up brush a brush is?
Um, your description isn't that great but...The bigger fuller ones are powder, big with short close together bristles are blush, then theres prolly a lip brush, eyeshadow brush, eyeliner brush.
i think it might be a concealer brush .... its for dotting ur concealer on before ur foundation....... lol or u can use it for eye shadow brush ... u go between ur brow line and down towards ur eye lids .... it makes it more natural and brings out ur eyes GOOD LUCK!
not for concealer or foundation..eyeshadow probably..
