I heard target and cvs but idk where else to get them fromWhere can i get make up and make up brushes for cheap?
e.l.f, which you can get online and in stores, is pretty cheap. Most of their stuff is 1-5 dollars. also, walmart and claire's have good lipgloss and mascara.

There makeup and brushes are only $1. I know, hard to believe, right!?!? I ordered some stuff from there and I love it all. Their brushes are amazing!! The eyeshadow stays on all day. I'm warning you though, it takes a while to ship, so don't be surprised.

most items are only a dollar.. it has been featured in various beauty magazines.. i order from them all the time .. all products are amazing especially the brushes .. would not recommend nail polish
You can go to eyeslipsandface.com, everything is dollar but also good quality. Also at your nearest craft store you can you use painting brushes fairly cheap and work well. They even have shaped ones.
