Use dishsoap. How and what do you use to clean your make-up brushes????
When someones asleep whash it with there mouth
i went to a MAC store last week and the makeup artist told me to clean my brush w/ water and shampoo....a little shampoo. then let it dry. shampoo because some brushes are made with real hair. after you wash, just let it dry. wash once a month.
Colour FX has a great make up brush cleaner.
Dilute a few drops in a glass of water, then just swirl your brushes around. No need to rinse, just dry them with a paper towel and leave them flat to retain their shape.
It is inexpensive and since it is diluted, one bottle last forever!
i asked a MAC make up artist and she told me to use shampoo.

works amazing
Mild liquid soap.
make up remover. and then rinse with water. then air dry. makes your brushes look and feel like new
shampoo and hot water...then let them dry completely lying flat on a towel/rag
the quality brushes should be washed with shampoo and conditioner...me personally I use bio silk ...(should know when there clean when the water runs clear(brushes properly clean can cause you to have break outs)...when time for drying twist the ends to a point lay on a clean dry towel over night...next day I get a clean wash cloth and run the brush up and down in pendulum motion turning the brush clockwise ....if you do this once a week keep your brushes looking and feeling extremely soft
I use the MAC brush cleaner. But you can use a moisturizing shampoo, too. Either way, keep the bristles down so no water gets into the area where the bristles are affixed into the neck of the handle... otherwise it may rot and cause the bristles to fall out. Keep the bristles down and lather them up gently. Rinse well under the tap. And rest them, again, bristles angled down on the side of the sink to dry.
Wash them with shampoo. This works really good and is kind to your brushes.
I use plain water. Be sure to let them dry completely though.
i just put mine in the dishwasher. it sounds kind of weird but it works.
love,
rara.
Baby shampoo and cool water. If you use hot water it will melt the glue holding the bristles together in the handle.
I use the same soap that I wash my face with. (Make sense don't u think?) Then to dry them I take a rubber band and thread it from the back of a towel bar and stick the handle thru. This way I'm not getting it covered in filth that then goes on my face.
try to wash them with a little soap and water and then keep it on a clean area while it dries. its good to clean ur bushes bc it helps prevent breakouts.
