Do make up brush set brands really make a difference?

As in, does it matter which BRAND of brush sets you get or will any do? I got almost a whole set (sold separately actually) from Victoria's Secret from its 75% off semi annual sale.Do make up brush set brands really make a difference?
It depends on the type of brush each brand makes. I think every brand has it's hits and misses, so I wouldn't exclusively use one line. I actually have a brush from Victoria's Secret: it is a contour blush brush. I find it doesn't pick up the color as much as my blush brush from a different company (Costco's Kirkland brand, believe it or not). When buying brushes, consider the density of the brush, the shape, the softness, if it sheds or smells.Do make up brush set brands really make a difference?
i dont really care i just use like targets brushes, i see no difference. if it dosnt fall apart i dont care.
the brand sort of matters.the quality of the brush is what matters the most. but the better the brand the better the quality. a mac brush would be better than a brush you buy at walmart. that doesnt mean all walmart ones arent good, but the mac ones are better.
well yes becaus ei could go to CVS and buy a make up brush but i mean it wouldnt feel or work as well as a make up brush from SEPHORA
Brushes are important but they don't need to be SUPER expensive. The thing about makeup brushes is that they are the types of things that are worth spending a little extra dough on because if they are of good quality, you will keep them forever! They also have new brushes now that don't spread as much bacteria so you can share with friends without feeling super-guilty (although I prob wouldn't recommend it)! Brush quality can make a difference in the way your makeup looks and you don't want a cheap brush that sheds (its a pain). Good luck!!!
